You're hosting a program that currently owns a 14 game B1G losing streak. Don't be surprised if the Illinois Football that I've spent 40 years following shows up tomorrow. I'm expecting Tommy Armstrong to look like a Heisman finalist and the Husker D to force about 6 TO's. I hope I'm wrong, but it seldom happens. Wished I could attend. Go Illini.

My guess is the Big Ten is in pause mode as far as further expansion at this point. Not that they won't be networking, but seeing what else shakes up while integrating the Huskers into the BT. I don't have the figures that Delaney probably has, but I suspect Mizzou may still be a candidate. KU, no thanks.

Let me start off by welcoming Nebraska to the Big Ten. The Zooker followed up a Rose Bowl trip with some of the poorest looking product that I can remember. New OC & DC now with a lot of control, but the talent is really down now. A bowl would be a minor miracle. As far as Weber, his seat has been getting a little warm. Fans are getting restless, but he has been delivering on the recruiting trail lately. He delivered a decent class last year, has a great trio coming in this year and has gotten some verbals for 2011. Things are looking pretty good going forward.
