Some interesting nuggets in this questioning.   And why is it usually the case in controversial times of our history, information and technology assets seem to magically disappear even though the records act is quite clear on what’s supposed to happen?   Would be nice I guess if the everyday citizen could get away with this excuse when a court or congress demands communication from them.   “Oh sorry Judge, yeah there was a backup problem and the data was deleted.  Sorry again bro.  I’ll get you next time!”

this was discovered during the jan. 6 investigation 3 years ago.   are the right wing sights now suggesting that this is something new?

Wait. Why was the father arrested? I didn’t see anywhere that he had any knowledge of what his son had threatened to do. The guns in the house were confiscated. Good. But what did the father do wrong or what law did he break? Owned guns? Raised a maladjusted kid? What?

if i recall correctly...that father was a survivalist who had RPG's, ghost guns, and other illegal stuff.

Neal seems like he is someone who should know what he's talking about.

I could see SCOTUS not taking it because the conservative judges don't want to be cornered in making a decision on it.

IF they take it, I suspect the ruling will be upheld...but I would not be surprised if it wasn't unanimous with someone like Thomas dissenting.

they don't have to rule for him....but they can help him delay everything until it's too late

  4. maybe Joe can sell Ukraine some "scrap iron".    lot's of old military vehicles could be sold at scrap prices.  or maybe do something like we did with 50 destroyers to britain before we got involved in WW2.   have ukraine promise us a port in crimea or ither military bases in exchange for military equipment.

They would make it about 4 days.

They would have no college sports, they would have no pro sports, they would need passports to leave their "country", they would have no armed forces, they would have no trade partners.

THEY would have to control their own boarders.

Every US company that operated within their "country" would refuse to pay these insane min wage rates.

They would end up having to sell off their oil for half of what it costs now.

I hope they do it...idiots.  My god, they they would need to create their own currency!

they should talk to britian about brexit and how that is working out for them before they do texit
