Huh? Easiest roads? What the ....? Did it ever occur to you that every team we play in the Big 12 is going to want nothing more that take NU out since it's the last season in the conference? Did it ever occur to you where the Big 12 championship game is and who the opponent in it will be? Don't even get me started on how the refs in the Big 12 are going to treat NU this season. p.s. Do you realize that Boise is loaded and has one real game this season? If you look at the number of ranked teams we're going to be playing compared to the number of ranked teams that other top 10 teams have to play...we have one of the easiest roads. Boise State is the reason I said we have ONE of the easiest roads...they DEFINITELY have the easiest road...as far as complaining about the refs...are YOU serious? Any team can complain about the refs and blame them for losing a game or having a bad season...thats not a championship caliber team...thats not Nebraska and it never will be.

I agree with there not being an undefeated BCS team this year....there is just too many good teams out there and even the best of them will have an off week against a still pretty good team. Looking at the top ten's schedules...in my opinion...Nebraska has one of the easier roads to the National Championship game. I think our biggest struggle will be staying up for the games against the sleepers...Washington, Oklahoma State...etc. don't think okie st is a sleeper...just bad Name the last time we went down there and won...?

The 1994 Orange Bowl WAS ridiculous...I'll never forget...I was at a hotel watching the game with a bunch of my parents' friends...i was only 9 at the time...lets not forget how they ALMOST didn't let Nebraska kick the field goal at the end remember? Osborne had to get people off the field to get time put back on the clock...unfortunately we still missed the field goal...but I agree...something fishy about that game. And who could forget the Virginia Tech game...wow...the heartbreaker loss....I was pissed for a week and a half after that game...I think this all proves that we have some good karma coming our way this year

I was lucky enough to get back to Nebraska for the spring game this year....I don't know about you guys but I was NOT impressed with Cody Green and would be nervous to see him get important playing time this fall. He looked awkward and unsure coming up to the line and even more so when throwing the ball. Yes he did complete passes in the spring game but they were wide open throws....of course this was the spring and a lot can change BUT I still think Zach Lee is our man at quarterback. On another note, I'm excited to see McKinney and Paul breakout as a one of the better receiving duos in the Big 12...they both have gotten a lot bigger and will obviously have more experience...with McNeill moving off the tackle as well...look for Nebraska's receiving core to be pretty stellar.

I'm gonna be honest...I'm a little worried about Washington...the last time we went up there we were both in the top 10 and we upset them...thats when Brock Huard, then a heisman trophy candidate at quarterback, was playing for them...should be interesting...but of course I still have us winning...not by much though!

I'm with Nuance on Va Tech beating Boise State but I agree...its ridiculous that a team (Boise State) should be able to win one legitamately tough game and win out the rest of the season and be considered for the national championship. IT'S TIME FOR A PLAYOFF SYSTEM! Unfortunately, there's too much money in the bowls controlling this situation...I almost HOPE that Boise State makes it to the national championship and gets their ass kicked...I think it would finally be a big enough knock in the face to the FBS execs.

DANG!!! I wish you were a bit more south! I'm in Long Beach and we have a BIG crowd down here!...I have a few friends in San Luis Obispo...I'll see if they know any husker fans there!
