I guess Washington's head coach was trying to go after him about something. There was some sort of confrontation at the end. I am going off what the motards calling this game are saying. They did give the Huskers props but this was hard to listen to.

Kayla Banworth was amazing tonight single handedly was the defense for the Huskers tonight. The block was never really there. Service errors killed them again, as well as sleeping through set 1. Hanna had a night on offense but alone had 5 service errors.

In regards to all the requests for the Rumor Section to bring its ugly, but sometimes funny head back to the board, this is exactly what I think the board has become today. And ya'll are Kevin Bacon.

Now I am no professional or anything, but if I am presenting an award on national television I would probably make sure I had all canidates names down pretty pat. Well the guy presenting the Thorpe Award killed Prince's name. Tried to start it four times, couldn't get it out was going to settle on just calling hime Prince(realized that he probably would be sued for doing so by Purple Rain himself) and then on the sixth time finally got it out. Man Prince's face while they were doing this was priceless, he laughed at first and then just got a look of disdain while his name was being butchered. Oh, Patrick Patterson ended up winning it(not an overy suprising). Prince then was named a Walter Camp All American, so congrats in that regard.

Why wou JP want to go to Texas? His best asset is as a recruiter. And he wouldn't have anything to do there, except set up their Junior Day and sit at the UT sign up table afterwards. He would be absolutely bored down there.

This character issues stems more from taking swings at other players. This screams hotheat. Commitment is more about dogging Florida when he decommitted PUBLICLY. Taylor hasn't came out spouting his issues with the team to the media like AC did.

Everything being said here about NU having the better defense is talking about track records. Arky may have a decent defense this year, but can you say that over a period of time. It has been stated here many times, look at Bo's rack record of defenses ranking high in pass efficiency defense. The stats are very impressive. This is more the train for thought when a lot of us on the board say NU has a superior defense. And honestly when was the last time you can say that Arky's defense won a game for them. More or less we as fans have been witnessing this for the better part of two seasons.

NEXUS I agree with you 110%, but with kids, family and personal comfort will override the thought of football common sense.

I actually kinda like the 2 for 1 with Wyoming. Being fromm the Panhandle originally, the thought of getting to see the Big Red play a lot closer than Lincoln is a welcome sight. I believe this was even one of the reasons TO scheduled the game was for the Western part of the state. And hell even the Whorns traveled to Laramie. But isn't this series a 1 for 1 with a neutral sight game as the third? For some strange reason I am thinking it is. Probably way off, but like I said for some reason I thought this series included a neutral sight.
