Cotton is a disaster. He couldn't even cut it at ISU and we bring him back instantly. Disgusting. I think the biggest travesty was that the team had 26 days to install a quick passing offense, since it was obvious Washington was going to load the box to stop the run, and they didn't even try to do that. Very predictable offense and very poor line play. We need a new OC and new O-line coach ASAP.

Bubba is never setting foot in Lincoln again unless whoever has the first pick in the MLB draft plays an exhibition in Haymarket. Last years #1 pick received a $9.9 million contract. Lincoln is fun, but it isn't THAT much fun.

Our O-Line needs a lot of work especially against aggressive blitzing defenses.

Maybe it is just trying to provide hard facts for our reasons of leaving the conference, but I don't think we need these examples all we need to show the Big XII north schools is their voting record when it came to placating the southern schools. Time and time again Nebraska was the only voice of reason/dissent when it came to shifting the power to the south. Let me tell you what else I am sick of, people writing that Nebraska fans are so arrogant now that they are leaving the Big X(ii). No Nebraska fans I know of say that they are better people because of our football team, but they will tell you that our Team is better than yours. Pretty big difference in my opinion. GBR

@Fro Daddy I am very glad that you grew up a Husker fan and have lived in Omaha the last six years. Way to go. I am also glad that you watch a lot of college football games too. You and I seem to have a lot in common. Look I'm sure you are a great person and you are right that I don't know who you are, just like you don't know who I am. I am also glad that you have a lot of friends on this message board that can vouch for you and tell me how stupid I am for questioning you or your college football knowledge. Thing is man, I'm not the "all knowing" person who can't be questioned, I am simply a fan of Nebraska and its Football team. Being born and raised in Nebraska and watching every Nebraska game for 27 years I like to think that I have a pretty good grasp of the collective thoughts and concerns of the Nebraska fan base. As for yesterday I was telling you my experience in Colombia, Missouri on cold October night when the Huskers got their brains bashed in and I was treated quite rudely by your fan base. @Fro Daddy, I actually was innocent in my encounters with Mizzou fans, just went to watch a game wearing red of course and was treated to Missouri's brand of "hospitality/sportsmanship". In all honesty Fro Daddy, nobody pays attention to Missouri except Missouri. Remember when you guys were pissed at Texas and wanted to leave the Big XII for the Big 10? And the Big 10 kind of laughed and asked Nebraska to join? Yeah, nobody pays attention to Mizzou except Mizzou. But what would I know I just live in this Scarlet and Cream world called Boston.

@Fro Daddy, Come on Man, Mizzou is and has been irrelevant (except '07). Nobody has ever written a story like this about MU, unless of course it is detailing a particularly bad run in with a fan in Columbia, like I don't know having beer thrown on you or egg thrown at you (is my bias showing? Maybe it is because I had this happen to me in '07, I would have rather been in Baghdad).
