    I'm not an Iowa fan, but there is no way that we can say they "suck". They have dominated for most of this game and NU has never had the lead.

    30 pass attempts so far. Will probably get over 40 for the game. This is in a game where the biggest deficit has been 11 points.

    I remember the days when NU could depend on a power running game, limiting mistakes, and playing the field position game to win games. Now, that's Iowa.

    I highly doubt Langsdorf, as moronic as he is, told Tommy to go for the home run with double coverage. That is on TA and TA alone. Agreed!It's a bad play design. The DB no one to cover in his area so he fell back to cover the deep ball.

    Riley got so lucky Eichorst came calling. His Oregon State team would have sucked this year and he would have been fired there for sure. Now he has 4 more years on his contract at NU.

    I hope you are right. A loss today would be a bad way to end the season. Watching the game, we are the better team. Penalties and the TO for the TD have hurt us. Could have said the same thing for other games this season. It might be a trend with these coaches.
