Redout
Ishie Oduegwu apparently wants to commit to NU. He said he called Cassidy on Friday night, after a failed attempt to commit to LSU because their safety spots were filled, and is suppose to contact Turner Gill today. According to rivals, he's the 16th best player in the state of Texas and the 7th best safety in the country. He had a whole crap load of tackles last year, over 150. If this stands NU beat out K. St., OSU, Mizzou, and Arizona St. Anyone have a link or updates? Quote Link to comment

HuskerBob
herez a current breakdown of where we stand.. 5 commitments. All five are top blue chippers and considered steals from their home state schools: Harrison Beck, 6-1, 205, QB, Clearwater, FL. Nick Covey, 6-2, 210, LB, Glendale, AZ. Phillip Dillard, 6-2, 247, LB, Jenks, OK. David Harvey, 6-4, 230, TE/DE, Pomfret, MD. Craig Roark, 6-2, 285, OL, Ada, OK. Quote Link to comment
Red November
NU has six commits. Rodney Picou from Cally is a four star kid. He is considered the fourth best guard in America by Rivals.com. Add in Roark from Okla. and NU has two of the top 10 guards in the country. Quote Link to comment
RedCountry
Hey some insight here on this Ishie Oduegwu kid. I heard from a good source that our coaches have told Ish dog to wait until his official visit in Dec to make his committment. My suspicions are that we may have another player in mind for this spot, and BC is waiting to feel out the situation before he reciprocates a committment to Ish. Quote Link to comment
Redout
I heard and read similiar things. We had tried to commit to LSU but they were full of DB's. Nu has there eye on someone else. Quote Link to comment
