Landlord
Hey guys, I recorded the Nevada game onto my pc, at a pretty decent quality (it's about 4gb big). I'm looking for an option to host it, any sites that anyone knows of that support that large offiles? Quote Link to comment
Landlord
Rapidshare's main page says "Max 100mb" underneath the upload box... Quote Link to comment
huskeraddict
Only thing I could really recommend would be to split it by quarter. Quote Link to comment
Landlord
Only thing I could really recommend would be to split it by quarter. That's still about a gig per each quarter. I think I will make a torrent file for it, and also host it on an IRC fserv, but those are both really slow ways to access it for people who want it. Quote Link to comment
Licensed to Ill
Yeah, there won't be enough seeding for a torrent Quote Link to comment
eliot1171
If you absolutely want to host it, use a program like WinRAR or 7Zip to create archives, and tell it to split the output folders into folder sizes of 100mb or 250mb or what ever the host max is. Either way, its going to take you a long time to upload and anyone else to download. Quote Link to comment

Thanks for reminding me eliot. Quote Link to comment
