Benard
Apparently, hurling your body around for 91 snaps can be rather painful. So Nebraska Coach Bill Callahan held out linebacker Barrett Ruud from Wednesday's practice, but said Ruud will be ready to go for Saturday's game at Iowa State. Ruud had 17 tackles in the Missouri game, including five solos and four for a loss. Callahan also "backed down" Chad Sievers on Wednesday but said both linebackers are fine and will practice today. Also Wednesday, I-back Cory Ross returned to practice but was limited. Ross has been battling a turf-toe injury. link Quote Link to comment
gamecocks
Hopefully a little rest for our linebackers will allow them to have the same kind of game that they had last week. Quote Link to comment
DJR313
Amen, I think Ruud earned a practice off with his game on saturday. Can't wait for tomorrow! Quote Link to comment
