Then there would be 5 of them chasing the misdirection decoy and fewer lineman to make the tackle on a swing pass 30 yards downfield!!!! Quote Link to comment

Valentine Posted September 26, 2007 Share Posted September 26, 2007 We need another guy on the DL and mix in some blitzes from different directions. You can't blame the DL because they are going up against 5 and 6 OL that are 300 plus. You seen the same last year with Carriker and Moore. The DE's are getting doubled , so they cant get the pressue thats needed on the Qb. Basically the secondary needs to MAN up! With no pressure, the Qb sits back and picks us apart (Ball St) or once the running back breaks the line of scrimmage it's hey day(Wake Forest). Quote Link to comment
