HuskerfaninOkieland
With only one more home game left and quite possibly Callahan's last home game as Head Coach, I'm guessing the sell-out streak will continue thru the end of the year. What say you? Quote Link to comment
BackNBlack97
Its already a sell out. Quote Link to comment
HuskerfaninOkieland
Then disregard previous transmission Quote Link to comment
BackNBlack97
The only possiblitly of more tickets becoming available is if K State doesnt sell there allotment. Those would be picked up eventually, if not by fans, then by a Nebraska corporation to keep it going. Quote Link to comment
np_husker
The streak will continue. I just hope people treat Callahan with respect when he leaves the field for the final time. I'm not a fan of his and can't wait to get a new staff in Lincoln, but the man (the entire staff for that matter), deserve to be treated with respect. We've done enough to damage our reputation as football fans this season, lets not make it any worse. Quote Link to comment
HuskerfaninOkieland
I agree. The fans should show him the same respect they show our opponents. But you have to wonder though...if Callahan gets a Standing O (win or lose) will it be because the fans respect what he's done or because they're glad it's the last time he runs off the field? The streak won't end either. at least not this year. Quote Link to comment
topekahusker
How ironic...we will sell out Memorial for Callahan's last game. And KSU didn't sell out their 45,000 stadium for Snyder's last game. Oh yeah, "it was pheasant season". Quote Link to comment

What say you? The streak will stay alive as we know Billy C won't be coaching here next year! And for that I'll be cheering even louder for my HUskers to kick KSU's A$$e$. Quote Link to comment

We don't need anymore of that at all. Quote Link to comment
NVAHusker
The Husker fans NEED to show respect for Cally. He isn't the 1st coach that wasn't a fit for the job. I will be disappointed and sad if the fans boo him. Quote Link to comment
ChicoHusker
Callahan does deserve respect, it wasn't a lack of effort on the coaching staff that lead to this. From all accounts he works extremely hard which is why it's even more strange why this team has lost 4 in a row. By any account I'm not unhappy to see him go. Quote Link to comment
