HuskerBruin
I have to think that if Pellini accompanied Osborne on the flight to Atlanta, that Pellini is the new head coach. Does that sound right? The reports that I've read is that Osborne and Perlman interviewed Bo in Baton Rouge, then flew to Atlanta for the other interview(s). Otherwise they would have simply met Bo in Atlanta instead of picking him up like a carpool. I'm guessing the reason for that is to not take Bo away from his SEC championship preparations. So, Pellini boarded the plane for an interview, and then debarked before it left for Atlanta? Sorry, but the story wasn't clear on that. That's my understanding at least. Quote Link to comment

Husker Deb
I think Turner would agree to OC not just because of more money but because he loves it here. I hope BO wants him as OC! Quote Link to comment
admo
Turner Gill is not going to leave the highest job you can get in college football (Head Coach), to be an assistant to a Head coach. It's not gonna happen. It's his program. He is the man in charge. He is turning it around. No one would do that. Still have no idea why this doesnt make sense to some people. If anything, Gill can offer Pelini a job at Buffalo. Today. Right now. He really can. Does that help some to understand? Quote Link to comment
