Benard
Who does everyone think his assistants will be? The only one I'm sure on is probably Albin. Quote Link to comment
formerfan
He could do NU a favor and take the whole friggin' staff that is in Lincoln right now. But Frank isnt that stupid. Quote Link to comment
Pedro Guerrero
Crap all you guys should go move to Ohio and aplly. That would be the greatest staff ever. You could show everybody how to recruit right and run the option on every play. Quote Link to comment

Do you still root for NU? And will you in the future if Bill leads the team to the BCS or NC game? Quote Link to comment

Pedro Guerrero
Is Jimmy Burrow one of the guys Frankie let go when he brought in his band-aids? He was a GA that tried for a fulltime gig but Frankie didn't hire him. I guess he wasn't good enough to try to save Frankie's job but is good enough to coach with him now. Quote Link to comment

No burrow quit his graduate assistant job at nu and took a step up to be dcoordinator on bohl's team. IT was his decision. Carl pelini replaced him. HIm and solich were on very good terms. Only made sense for burrow since he got paid full at bohl's team but didn't get much at all for grad assisstant. Quote Link to comment

Eric the Red
Ohio football brings in big name, questions remain By Kyle Jepson, The Post January 4, 2005 U-WIRE) ATHENS, Ohio -- There were murmurs of confusion stemming from the obvious follow-up questions: Why now and why here? Recently the recipient of a multi-year, $240,000 base-salary contract, new Ohio football coach Frank Solich was ready to field these questions. And as candid and sincere as Solich presented himself to the media, his most political responses came to these questions. Quote Link to comment
