He ran the same in college as he did in the pros, but he was on a team that was not as publicized and that had limited sucess. I think that caused his contributions to be overlooked. Link to comment

Not sure about not being Publicized since the three (Gundy, Sanders, Hart Lee Dykes) players from OSU were being touted as the next triplets and being compared to Turner Gill, Mike Rozier and Irving Fryer at the time. Whats funny as a kid I thought Kenny Clark was just as good but then I only watched the Nebraska games. I just wish that Sanders had a chance to run behind a line that could open holes like the Cowboys did for Emmit and seen what would have been his stats for that year. Link to comment
