TLS2
Hey All, I was listening to 1620 the Zone this afternoon and the boys were talking about an event planner who is going around to many of the universities and planning something called 'Grid Iron Bash'. The event is described as an event "which will take place the eve before Spring Games -- April 18 -- at top college football schools across the country. Gridiron Bash (football’s equivalent to March Madness) will broaden the fan experience to include a live concert, interactive fan area, giant pep rally, chalk talks/autograph sessions with school football legends, a truncated practice, and a $1.75 million scholarship award contest." Do you think this would go at UNL? Some of the Big 12 teams have already signed up (Texas A & M, K-State) They have big named performers (i.e. Fergie, Goo Goo Dolls, Alan Jackson to name a few). Mike Severe said it sounded like a great idea for our spring game. Any opinions? TLS2 Quote Link to comment
