Creating a gif or avatar

I was wondering if someone could make me an animated gif or avatar of the Cory Schlesinger scoring the game winning touchdown for Nebraska against Miami. I'm not a computer specialist or anything but I've notice that Husker Power and Street Novelist has one and I would like to have one of Nebraska.

 

I don't know if theres a website that already has some that I can pick from but I would really like it if someone could make me one or point me in the right direction to find the Cory Schlesinger winning touchdown.

 

And for you information even walking me through the steps on making one is pointless cause I've tried it already and I still have no idea on what I'm doing
