But we had to go out and get a guy who had been to 12 places in 19 years or something rediculous like that. Personally, I don't like Elmassian. Benard Posted February 24, 2005 Share Posted February 24, 2005 Congrats, would have loved to see him back here. I believe he was the true guy that made our defensive backfield what it was in 03'. Bo was the main guy but this guy could coach aswell. It was a shame pederson tore this great staff that solich put together after one year. Quote Link to comment

Everyone puts down Elmo for having 12 different jobs in 19 years, but look out now, Pelini just took his 8th job in 14 years in the coaching business. Quote Link to comment
