Spooky Tooth
What's most alarming to me is that there is no simple fix: --O Line does not block at the second level on a consistent basis --Watson's play-calling since VT: perimeter pass left, perimeter pass right, run off-tackle for no gain --WRs NOT consistently blocking downfield --O Line (see a pattern here?) cannot run block to save their lives --Vertical game is almost non-existent (see O Line) --Tight-ends. Tight-ends? What are those again? --Fullback trap. I remember that play. How old school. Thank God we don't do that anymore. --Special teams were ok today, but not good enough consistently for B12 play. I really worry about winning the B12 North. Quote Link to comment
Pedro Guerrero
You have that the O-Line can't run block, are the reason we don't have a vertical game and they don't make it to the second level on their blocks. So if one was looking at this it would show us that no matter what plays are called, besides quick passes, they won't work because the O-Line struggles at every phase of the game. At least they don't get very many penalties and always know the snap count. Who is in charge of the O-Line again and is the biggest problem we have? I think he has the same name as a big purple kids show character. Quote Link to comment
