Just a note for all those Highschool athletes out there to keep us updated on your games throughout the season.

I know at least Pillen is a player in the Austin area, and a Husker in the making, so it would be cool to get updates from you guys after each game.

Even if you already post the same stuff in a blog, just copy and paste it in a new thread over here each week. Im sure quite a few people would be interested. :cheers

Nice, thanks for the update. Ahh yes, I knew I saw Austin referenced somewhere earlier. Interesting you are in the Houston area - my good friend is an Assistant Principal at a HS somewhere down there, but I cant remember the name right now. He also used to coach fball for another school, so Im sure he's seen you guys play. I'll have to ask him if he's heard of the Big Pill Machine. :horns2

No Permian on your schedule Pill? ;)

That is pretty big football there, 5A in Texas!

For anyone closer to home here in NE, I play for Bertrand. We are class D2, 8 man ball out here. We lost 13 seniors from a team of 29 last year, so that will obviosly hurt us. But we are filling some spots up nicely and getting ready for another run to repeat as District champs. We play Kenesaw this Friday-so if you are reading the scores after the late news, look for us!

Tough break Pill, but thanks for the updates - I enjoyed following your season from afar. Sounds like you had a productive season personally, and have much to be proud of - especially for only being a soph. So congrats on a successful & injury free season.

Also good to see you already have your goals for the off-season & next season outlined. Being goal oriented & recognizing your weaknesses is key - now its all about following through and achieving those, which I have no doubt you will do. Best of luck to you bro.
