Roxy15 Posted August 16, 2010 Share Posted August 16, 2010 Pico de Gallo: 3 Large Tomatoes, Diced 1 Large Onion, Diced 2 T. Diced Jalapenos 1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro, Diced 2 Tsp. Salt 1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder 1 T. Olive Oil 1 T. White Vinegar Mix all ingredients together in large container until well blended. Allow sitting for at least 6 hours, it is better if allowed to sit overnight. Serve with Tortilla Chips or Mexican Food. Quote Link to comment
