Bacon Cheese Mushrooms:

 

25 Mushrooms

3/4 Cup Mayonnaise

1 Small Onion, Chopped

5 Strips Bacon, Cooked & Crumbled

Grated Cheddar Cheese

 

Remove mushroom stems.

 

Wash and clean mushrooms, pat dry with a paper towel.

 

Mix mayonnaise, onion and bacon.

 

Put a teaspoon of mixture in each mushroom cap.

 

Put mushrooms in buttered pan and cover with Grated Cheddar Cheese.

 

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
