mmmtodd
A Nebraska family has launched a letter writing campaign, hoping to reverse the decision of the Texas Parole Board, which has granted parole to a man convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison. A picture of a 13-year-old Bill Kotlarz was taken just days before an angry man shot the teenager four times with a high-powered rifle. “This is the guy that killed my brother,” says Jim Kotlarz. The senseless murder happened near Beaumont, Texas in 1992 and then-14-year-old Jim had been standing right next to his brother. “I laid down right next to him. I didn't yell out. I cried.” Bullcrap 4 times??? because he was mad over the sound of a gunshot himself? this dude should be at least in a locked up psych ward for the rest of his days. Quote Link to comment
