Roxy15 Posted December 20, 2010 Share Posted December 20, 2010 Cast-Iron Skillet Pizza: 1 Can Refrigerated Pizza Dough Fresh Shredded Mozzarella Pizza Sauce Toppings Of Your Choice Olive Oil Place rack on bottom shelf of oven and preheat to 500 degrees. Liberally grease Cast-Iron Skillet with Olive Oil. Spread dough over bottom and slightly up sides of skillet. Spread sauce over dough then add Cheese, Toppings & More Shredded Mozzarella Cheese. Bake on bottom rack for 12-15 minutes until bottom of crust is browned. Transfer pizza onto cutting board and slice. Top with Parmesan Cheese & Red Pepper Flakes-Opt. Quote Link to comment
