Watson does not get Miami coaching job

Well, it's too bad Watson won't be leaving on his own terms (or at least it seems that way) . But he does NEED TO GO!

I would like to say that I admire loyalty, and I would want my boss to have my back, but I do believe it's time for Palini to step up and do the hardest part of his job...fire a coach. I just don't want this situation to become analogous to the Callahan years. Say what you want about Callahan (heck, nothing you could say could possibly be worse that what I have said), but he was/is a good offensive coach. Proof of that is that he even had Watson looking good. But, Callahan would not fire Cosgrove. It was (or should have been) obvious to everyone that Cosgrove was our biggest problem, but Callahan just stuck by him...all the way out the door. I admire that Bo always shoulders the blame himself, but he does have to make a big boy decision now and let Watson go.
