Seafood Nachos

I found part of this recipe on the web and then I worked on it to make it my own recipe. I haven't made it yet.

 

Seafood Nachos:

 

Restaurant-Style Tortilla Chips

1 lb. Fresh Shrimp From The Deli Or Salad Shrimp

1 Pkg. Imitation Crab Meat

12-oz. Farmer John Hot Pork Sausage Or Farmer Johns Hot Links, Sliced

1 Yellow Onion, Chopped-(Or To Taste)

2 Roma Tomatoes, Chopped-(Or To Taste)

2 Avocados-(Or To Taste)

1 Bunch Scallions

Nacho Sliced Jalapeno Peppers From Jar, To Taste

Sour Cream

1-(8-oz.) Pkg. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1-(8-oz.) Pkg. Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese Or Monterey Pepper Jack Cheese

 

Dice Onions, Tomatoes, Avocados & Scallions.

 

Put Each Separately In Covered Bowls; Refrigerate.

 

Cook Farmer Johns Hot Sausage Or Sliced Hot Links, Drain

 

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

 

Remove Shrimp Tail-(If Using Fresh Shrimp)

 

Put Shrimp In Colander & Wash Thoroughly In Cold Water.

 

Put Shrimp In A Bowl & Sprinkle Tony Chachere’s Spice It Up Seasoning Over The Shrimp.

 

Layer A Large Oven Safe Baking Dish With The Following:

 

Tortilla Chips, Shrimp, Crab Meat, Sausage, Shredded Cheddar Cheese & Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese Or Monterey Pepper Jack Cheese-Alternate Cheeses When Layering.

 

The Top Layer Should Be With Cheese When Completed.

 

Repeat Layers 3 Times.

 

Place in oven.

 

Bake for 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbly.

 

Top With Diced Tomatoes, Avocados, Scallions, Nacho Sliced Jalapeno Peppers & Sour Cream.
