Hamburger Casserole:

 

Hamburger-enough to feed everyone

Diced Celery, To Taste

Chopped Onion, To Taste

Chopped Green Pepper To Taste

 

Preferably 1 cup diced celery, 1/4 cup chopped onion and 1/4 cup chopped green pepper to 1 lb. hamburger,but, make as you prefer.

 

Brown hamburger with all of the ingrediens; drain grease.

 

Combine 1 can of mushroom soup & 1 can cream of celery soup and 2 cups milk.

 

Add 2 cups uncooked noodles...I prefer Kluski Noodles.

 

Turn into buttered casserole dish and cover with crushed potato chips.

 

***May use Tater Tots next time I make it.

 

Put lid on casserole dish.

 

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

 

***Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded cheese, place back into oven till cheese is melted, about 5 min. and serve. I may do this next time also.

****Make it your own variations: add frozen peas or carrots or any leftover veggies. Spice it up with red pepper flakes. Brown meat with canned green chile’s or jalapeno’s or onions.
