Sausage Casserole

This is tried and true...good

 

Sausage Casserole:

 

2 lbs. Pork Sausage

2 Cups Milk

2 Cups Noodles Or Macaroni

1 Cup Celery, Sliced

1/4 Cup Diced Green Pepper

1 Small Jar Pimento, Drained

2 Cans Cream Of Chiken Soup

1 Envelope Dry Onion Soup Mix

Onion, Chopped-To Taste-Opt.

Sliced Fresh Mushrooms-To Taste-Opt.

 

Fry sausage in skillet; drain grease.

 

Spray 9x13-in. pan with Pam or Casserole Dish.

 

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water.

 

Mix sausage and noodles together with the remaining ingredients in large bowl.

 

Put sausage mixture in 9x13-in pan.

 

Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
