Roxy15 Posted January 23, 2011 Share Posted January 23, 2011 Ham Casserole: 2-1/2 Cups Cooked Ham-I like Picnic Ham But Use Whatever Kind Of Ham You Prefer 2 Cans Mushroom Soup 1 Cup Milk 1 Cup Chicken Broth 2 Cups Cooked Macaroni 1 Cup Canned Sliced Mushrooms, Drained Or Use Fresh Slice Mushrooms 1 Onion, Diced Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl; put in a 9x13-in. pan and refrigerate overnight. Let set for 1 hour at room temperature before baking....I don't do this Cover with breaded crumbs and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
