Roxy15 Posted January 23, 2011 Share Posted January 23, 2011 Chicken Casserole: 1 baked chicken, cut in small piecs-save the broth 1-1/2 cups chopped celery 1 cup chopped onions 1/4 lb. Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 Small Box Ritz Crackers-NO SUBSTITUTE 2 Eggs 1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup Salt & Pepper To Taste Mix chicken, celery, onions and grated sharp cheese, add beaten eggs & soup. Mix & add enough chicken broth to moisten. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Quote Link to comment
