Shake’N Bake Chicken Wings

Shake’N Bake Chicken Wings:

 

1 Box Shake’N’ Bake Chicken Coating Mix-2 Pkgs. Or Enough To Cover Drummettes Well

6 Slices Bacon, Cooked, Finely Chopped

2 Eggs

1/3 Cup Flour

24 Chicken Drummettes-(2 lbs.)

 

Mix both packets of coating mix and bacon in medium bowl. Beat eggs in pie plate or shallow dish. Place flour in separate pie plate or shallow dish.

Coat drummettes, 1 at a time, with flour, then dip in eggs and bacon mixture, turning to evenly coat each drummette with eggs before coating with bacon mixture.

 

Place in single layer on foil-covered baking sheet.

 

Bake 20 minutes or until done.
