What DO they ask the recruits?

Does anyone know what the coaches ask the recruits or tell the recruits? (If this has already been discussed please direct me to past posts.)

If they only talk about the positions, what NU has to offer with regards to playing time, academics, UNL as a campus, etc. but don't discuss WHO will coach them then the staff wouldn't have to comment on specific coaches that will be coaching their sons.

Well, the coach certainly isn't obligated to state who will be coaching them, if that's what you're asking?

 

I wasn't recruited to Nebraska, or even for football, but I would assume college visits are very similar due to the tight regulations. With all the information that I was receiving regarding the campus, the academics, the financial aid, coaching changes weren't even an afterthought.

 

Players are in constant contact with their recruiter, I am sure they all asked if changes were imminent after the rumors surfaced.. The recruiters wouldn't lie, trust is paramount in the process. I'm sure they know if anything is going on within the staff, but they haven't known for long.
