GM_Tood Posted February 25, 2011 Share Posted February 25, 2011 Lincoln - Nebraska Head Coach John Cook announced on Friday the hiring of UCLA assistant Dan Conners to the Huskers' volleyball staff. Conners has spent the past five seasons with the Bruins, helping them to a 124-44 (.738 winning percentage) record and five straight trips to the NCAA Tournament. knapplc Posted February 26, 2011 Share Posted February 26, 2011 Funny thing is, I just saw Erik Sullivan the other day. He was chit-chatting with a bunch of the current team members, and everyone was getting along swimmnigly. Seems like Sullivan's departure was amicable, anyway. I thought it was odd that he would leave us for the same position at Texas, but maybe he's just learning from everyone he can before taking his own head coaching position. And yes, I'm stalking the Husker Volleyball team. Since that'll be the story anyway, may as well get that out there. Quote Link to comment
