s.c. husker Posted March 19, 2011 Share Posted March 19, 2011 Was eating at a seafood rest. tonight having a few and some guy asked me where I am from, I was wearing a Nebraska shirt, so I told him my story about being born in Hastings and my roots and residence are in South Carolina. Lo and behold this fool is from N. Platte and a season ticket holder, so instead of getting contact info. I say a few more words and leave. I thought about it all the way home and was tempted to go back. On being a small world, everytime I wear my Nebraska shirts or hat, whereever I may be, in Ga., Fla., Nevada, W.V., I always meet a husker fan. Quote Link to comment
okaive Posted March 20, 2011 Share Posted March 20, 2011 When I lived in Jacksonville, Fl, we had a local group that took over a room at Chilis or something similar and had the tv's to ourselves. I think there was around 30 of us. They let us decorate the room with Husker stuff to. Quote Link to comment
