Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms:

 

1/2 lb. Farmer Johns Hot Sausage

***Or Regular Pork Sausage

4-oz.s Cream Cheese, Softened

1-(8-oz.) Pkg. Fresh Mushrooms Or Portabellini Mushrooms

Dash Red Pepper Flakes, Or Hot Pepper Sauce

1-2 T. Parmesan Cheese

 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

*** Or you can broil them for 2-3 minutes.

 

Cook the sausage meat until evenly brown and drain off excess fat.

 

Mix the Cream Cheese with the sausage meat and add Red Pepper Flakes or Hot Pepper Sauce.

 

Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture and bake or broil mushrooms.
