Roxy15 Posted April 25, 2011 Share Posted April 25, 2011 Strawberry Pie: 1-1/2 Cups Sugar 1-1/2 Cups Water 1/4 Cup Cornstarch Pinch Salt A Few Drops Of Red Food Coloring 1-(3-oz.) Pkg. Strawberry Jello Fresh Strawberries Baked Pie Sell Whipped Cream For Top Combine sugar, water, cornstarch and salt. Cook over medium heat until it turns clear and thick. Remove from heat, add food coloring and then strawberry jello; stir well. Cool. Pour berries into baked pie shell, pour sauce over and chill. Top with whipped cream and a strawberry on top.
