Easy Bacon Crab & Cheese Appetizer:

 

Crabmeat Or Package Of Imitation Crabmeat

Pack Of Bacon-(Hickory, Maple, Whatever Your Preference Is)

Shredded Cheddar Cheese Or Shredded Cheese Of Your Choice

 

Freeze bacon.

 

***Frozen bacon is easier to cut.

 

Once bacon is frozen, take out and cut into thirds.

 

If the crabmeat-(or imitation crabmeat)- is too long, you might want to cut them into smaller pieces.

 

Wrap bacon around crabmeat and put a toothpick through it to make sure it is secure.

 

Place on cookie sheet and set at a pre-heated 400 degree oven.

 

Set in oven for roughly 45 minutes, turn as needed to make sure all the bacon is slightly crispy.

 

When they look ready, take out the tray, sprinkle a little cheese on the top of each and set back in the oven for about a minute.

 

Put crackers on a paper towel for a little bit to soak up all that extra grease.
