Velveeta Rotel Cheese Dip On Tortillas:

 

 

1 lb. Velveeta Cheese

1 Can Rotel Tomatoes

Sliced Nacho Jalapenos-(Opt.)

Chopped Green Onions-(Opt.)

 

Slice the cheese into cubes and put in a large bowl. Pour in entire can of Rotel Tomatoes, Sliced Nacho Jalapenos & Green Onions, if using. Melt in microwave on high, stirring every 2-3 minutes until fully melted.

Serve on top of Tortilla Chips.

 

Serve with Guacamole, Sour Cream in a bowl off to the side for dipping-(Opt.)
