Roxy15 Posted May 16, 2011 Share Posted May 16, 2011 Chicken Fingers With Honey Mustard Sauce: 4 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts-(4-oz.s Each) 1 Cup Flour 1 Pkg. Amazing Taste Poultry Seasoning Pepper, To Taste 1/4 Tsp. Salt Or Garlic Salt 3/4 Cup Milk 1 Cup Vegetable Oil, For Frying 1/2 Cup Honey 1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard Cut chicken into 1/2 x 2-in. strips. For honey mustard sauce, blend honey and mustard in a small bowl. Set aside. Mix flour, Amazing Taste Poultry Seasoning, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl. Place flour mixture in a resealable plastic bag. Dip chicken fingers into the milk. Dip chicken in milk and put chicken strips in bag. Shake bag to coat chicken strips. Pour 1/4 in. of Vegetable Oil into a large heavy skillet. Heat over medium-high heat to 350 degrees or until a cube of white bread dropped in oil browns evenly in 1 minute. Divide chicken into batches. Place chicken in an even layer in hot oil. Fry, turning once, for about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
