Roxy15 Posted May 17, 2011 Share Posted May 17, 2011 Corn Chips With Chili Cheese Dip: 1 T. Butter Or Margarine 1 Clove Garlic, Minced 1 Large Onion, Finely Chopped 1-(14.5-oz.) Can Peeled Whole Tomatoes, Drained 1-(4-oz.) Can Chopped Green Chiles 1/8 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper 12-oz. Pkg. Shredded Cheddar Cheese 12-oz. Bag Corn Chips Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add garlic and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender, about 10 minutes. Chop tomatoes; add to skillet. Simmer until liquid is absorbed, about 1 minute. Add Chiles, Cayenne Pepper & Shredded Cheddar Cheese to skillet. Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes. Do not let the mixture boil. Spoon Chili Cheese Dip into a serving bowl. Place on serving plate. Serve immediately with corn chips. Quote Link to comment
