Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings:

 

4 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast Halves

2 T. Butter

2 Cans Condensed Cream Of Chicken Soup

1 Onion, Finely Diced

Garlic, Minced-(Opt.)

Garlic Salt & Pepper, To Taste-(Opt.)

2-(10-oz.) Pkg.s Refrigerated Biscuit Dough, Torn Into Pieces

1 Pkg. Amazing Taste Poultry Seasoning-(Opt.)

 

Wash chicken breasts in cold water in colander.

 

Put chicken breasts on a plate and season with Amazing Taste Poultry Seasoning, Garlic Salt & Pepper.

 

Place chicken breasts, butter, soup, onion and garlic in a slow cooker and fill with enough water to cover.

 

Cover, and cook for 5-6 hours on high.

 

***You can cook on low for a longer period of time, till chicken is cooked through.

 

About 1 hour before serving, place the torn biscuit dough in slow cooker.

 

Cook until the dough is no longer raw in the center.
