Biscuits:

 

2 Cups Flour

2 Tsp. Sugar

2 Tsp. Baking Powder

1/2 Tsp. Salt

1-1/2 Cups Heavy Cream

 

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

 

Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together in a large bowl.

 

Stir in cream until a dough forms.

 

Turn out onto a lightly floured surface.

 

Knead dough for a few times.

 

Put the dough into a circle about 3/4in. thick.

 

Cut into 2-1/2-in. circles using a biscuit cutter.

 

You can also cut into wedges with a knife.

 

Place on baking sheet and bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown.
