Roxy15 Posted May 28, 2011 Share Posted May 28, 2011 Sweet Chicken Bacon Wraps: 1-1/4 lbs. Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breasts 1 lb. Package Sliced Bacon 2/3 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar 2 T. Chili Powder Cayenne Pepper, To Taste-(Opt.) Cumin, To Taste-(Opt.) ***Picture is without the cayenne pepper and cumin. If you want more flavor..add the cayenne and cumin. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.. Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes. Cut each bacon slice into thirds. Wrap each chicken cube with bacon and secure with a wooden pick. Stir together brown sugar, chili powder, cayenne pepper and cumin-(if using.) Dredge wrapped chicken in mixture. Coat a rack and broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken wrap on rack in broiler pan. Bake 350 for 30-35 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Quote Link to comment
