akita Posted June 25, 2011 Share Posted June 25, 2011 I live in Austin,Texas and am wondering how does the big ten network show all the games? I do not want to buy the big ten network,Unless I am gaurenteed I can get my 3 hours of peace watching the Huskers when they play. I have time warner cable. Am I at the mercy of them and which game they show here in Austin,Texas? Or is there multiple channels? Please help. I do not venture far from my house and cant stand large crowds. She is from Panama and we rarley watch tv. Except during college football season and Unfortunatley she loves her Longhorns,but she is a great wife and turns my phone off and lets no one get to me for my Husker football. Well thank you again. From just reading it - it seems as though no one, regardless of whether you have BTN currently will be seeing Nebraska games. In a hardball negotiating tactic, the conference has yet to hand over the rights for Nebraska home games to the Big Ten Network, saying it won't do so until Time Warner Cable agrees to give the channel "comparable" distribution to systems in other Big Ten states.
