Roxy15 Posted July 10, 2011 Share Posted July 10, 2011 Deep Fried Zucchini With Creamy Garlic Dip: 1-2 Fresh Medium-Size Zucchini, Thinly Sliced ***DO NOT PEEL! 1/2 Cup Flour 3 Beaten Eggs ***You Might Need 1 More, Depending On Your Zucchini’s Size 2 Cups Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs Oil, For Frying Garlic Dip: 1 Cup Buttermilk 1 Cup Mayonnaise 1 Pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced Heat oil to approximately 350 degrees. Coat zucchini slices with flour. Dip in egg. Coat both sides with bread crumbs and carefully place in oil. Repeat with all zucchini slices -- do not crowd the pan. Drain on paper towels and serve warm with garlic dip. For the Garlic Dip:. Combine all ingredients with a whisk till well blended. Store in covered container in the refrigerator until ready to serve. ***Try and make well in advance of the zucchini as the longer it sits the better it tastes. Good refrigerated for up to 3 weeks. ***Or Serve With Hidden/Valley Ranch Dressing/Your Favorite Dipping Sauce. Quote Link to comment
