Cy the Cyclone
TCU and WVU pass for perennial powerhouses these days? TO also didn't really achieve his icon status in the Big 12... He only coached two seasons in the Big 12, and by that time he was already a CFB icon. He built his legend in the Big 8, and the Big Ten Network does more to honor the history of the Big 8 than the Big 12 does. Uh...yeah, we're talking West Virginia with a 95-43 record over the past decade along with TCU featuring a 128-29 record as opposed to Colorado and Missouri...two teams that epitomize mediocrity for the entire century thus far... Oh...and read the post and notice I mentioned both the Big 8 and the Big 12 when referring to TO's iconic status. Quote Link to comment
Cy the Cyclone
"..my amazing two catches for 7 yards...." Ha.Ha.. but did u move the chains??! U know, 1st downs! I only move the chains now...back then the only thing I moved was some skin from my elbow when I got a hell of a friction burn on the crappy carpet you guys used to tell everybody was astroturf. That stuff sucked! Quote Link to comment
