Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms:

 

 

 

24 Large Mushrooms, Cleaned & Dried

 

1/2 Cup Grated Swiss Cheese

 

8 Slices Crispy Cooked Bacon

 

1 Medium Onion, Chopped

 

1-(7-1/4-oz.) Can Sliced Black Olives, Chopped

 

1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

 

 

Remove the stems from the mushrooms and reserve the caps.

 

 

In a mixing bowl, combine the Swiss Cheese, Bacon, Onion, Olives & Parmesan Cheese. Blend thoroughly. Stuff the mushroom caps with the cheese mixture, making sure that the filling is slightly mounded. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.

 

 

Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, then broil for about 5 minutes more or until the filling is brown.
