Roxy15 Posted November 30, 2011 Share Posted November 30, 2011 Bacon Ranch Cheeseball: 6 Slices Bacon, Fried Crisp ***You Can Use 9 Slices Bacon, If You Want More Bacon 2-(8-oz.) Pkgs. Cream Cheese, Softened 1-oz. Pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese ***You Can Double The Shredded Cheddar Cheese, If You Want More Cheese 4 Green Onions, Chopped 3 T. Black Olives, Chopped 1-1/2 Cups Chopped Pecans Cook bacon until crisp, set aside on a paper-towel lined plate. When bacon is cool, break into small pieces or chop in a Food Processor. Stir together cream cheese and Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix until well blended and smooth. Add the bacon, cheddar cheese, green onions and olives; stir until well combined. Shape the mixture into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Put Cheese Ball on serving plate; cover with Plastic Wrap; refrigerate overnight. 1 Quote Link to comment
