That’s one of the questions at the heart of an academic paper by Victor Broccoli, a 2010 graduate of Tulane University Law School and lawyer in Rutherfordton, N.C. teachercd Posted December 14, 2011 Share Posted December 14, 2011 Again, just my thoughts. This idea that the NCAA will "do something" will backfire. Case in point: Player X is looking at LSU and Bama. Fan of Bama starts a facebook page posing as an LSU fan, totally legal nothing at all that is wrong with that, its like lying about your height. Then this fan posts things like "Player X come to LSU we need you" and so on and so on to get Bama into trouble. The fan has done NOTHING wrong at all but yet Bama would in theory be on the hook.
