Primary vs Caucus

Down here in Kansas I went to my first (and last) caucus.

 

All I wanted to do is to vote so I showed up 15 minutes in the 2 hr, 15 minute voting window. It was very disorganized. I told them I just wanted to vote - they kept on guiding me to the blah - blah, lets get fired up and we accept checks, cash and plastic. Finally found the voting location and was told the ballets weren't out yet. Did not want to sit around for God knows how long, I left.

 

Any body have similar or different experiences?

I go to the doctors office where my polling station is, walk in, give them my id, fill in my circles, put the ballot in the metal container thingy, and leave.
