SECHusker Posted March 22, 2012 Share Posted March 22, 2012 Just got to vent a little. Living in Central Florida, our community has been struck by the story of Trayvon Martin. For those who do know about the case here are the facts: A 17 yr old kid went to the store to buy his brother some skittles and tea. On his way back home he was followed and pursed by the neighborhood watch, George Zimmerman. Dispatchers told Zimmerman not follow the kid, but he continued to pursue. Ultimately, Zimmerman shot and killed the kid. Nearly a month has passed and Zimmerman has not been ARRESTED, he claims self-defense eventhough he was the one with the gun and the pursuer. It hurts to say that someone lost their child because somebody wanted to cop. He HUNTED this kid, and needs to be in JAIL. ***Background on Zimmerman-he was arrested for assaulting a cop, and has a history of domestic violence. Quote Link to comment
